The lobsters pack a good amount of flesh to savor upon. It’s a delight to eat as it’s succulent and tender! When you’re ready to eat, just give the heads a twist (and if you want to slurp the delicious juices within, no one’s going to stop you).
With a burst of natural salinity, mussels were also generous in portion albeit generally small in size. In contrast, there were plenty of shrimps to go around and share. The shrimps were juicy, sweet, and pretty appetizing. However, it was tad difficult to peel their shells (maybe overcooked?), so it’s better to really eat them with your hands even if it won’t look glamorous. Have plenty of napkins ready! Feel free to sip a glass of white wine or sherry on the side, too. 🙂
