I had shared my experience with Marie France slimming treatments back in October 29, 2011 when I was in Singapore. Since then, organic searches landing on my post to date came up to 695. Whoa. I was surprised to find out that there’s this much people searching for testimonies about Marie France.

Keywords they use tell me that people are interested with how much the treatments of Marie France are along with testimonies of their slimming treatments and packages.

But I think the most critical question to ask here is “How effective are they?”

From forum discussions, I picked up that there are tremendously many negative comments written about MF. Personally, I wanted to try their service; that’s why I acquired a few and asked some scientific backgrounds on their quick-fix treatments.

Nothing technical or logical was explained thoroughly ~ but the steps of their procedures. MF is fond of using cold body wraps and electronic machines that will massage your “fatty” body parts until they perspire.

Because of the dehydration, your body part will appear thinner. In your mind, you’ll think that you have accomplished something ideal because of the sweat (that you won’t produce sans exercise). Before you know it, the “fatty” body parts will just balloon back to the original.

Contrary to what their friendly staffs are saying, losing 1 cm in a body wrap session is impossible. In reality, you have to purchase about dozens of sessions, and these will have to continue for years. Their packages will be addicting, and you will be more encouraged to extend the plan with their promotional offers.

Price range of their packages goes around PHp 20,000 to PHp 300,000. So if you’re eyeing on any of their shining-shimmering-splendid options, be prepared to shell out this amount of cash. Consultations, advice and some trial sessions are for free though, to welcome you to the party.

Marie France’s treatments must be somehow effective, else their business won’t be running for years in the industry. Or maybe, they have the best known and implemented strategy which is to hire the best marketers and train them effectively to pull off the best sales pitches in convincing people to attend to their services.

As mentioned before, nothing beats good exercise and diet. The human body burns calories from within. This means that we burn calories in the form of fat via adrenaline and not by having complicated machines and slimming gels activate our sweat glands.

Despite all these said, if you’re like me who’s an adventurer and still would want to try MF, no one can stop you.

Be a bold witness and write your own commentary.

Expect one good thing: Like spa treatments, MF treatments are relaxing. Theirs can be a diversion from the monotonous drone of daily chores, a way out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, an oasis in a desert of tedious work.

Right now my mom is trying to lose weight both through exercising regularly and taking a soft diet (maintaining the calorie intake strictly), so let’s see how she progresses in her losing-weight journey by normal means. 🙂

im agreeing on what you said about exercise and proper diet if you really want to shed off your annoying fats. anything synthetic being ingested is really not good.

It cost a lot of money just for their slimming treatment. It is okay if you have money and too lazy to exercise and diet. But for us who don’t have the finances, we better be serious in physical fitness and food diet. Avoid sweets and too much eating.

We should just have everything in good proportion and a balanced diet. We can also perform simple exercises like running, jogging, jumping and the like without spending money. 😀

I have heard of Marie France when I was in the Philippines for a vacation. It seems like many trust them as they have many consumers/guests.

When you mentioned the negative details plus the very expensive price tag that comes along with the treatments… ouch! I think it’s better to go to the gym and eat healthy plus sleep right to gain the figure you really want. No pain, no gain.

Most of the time when I pass by Marie France, I see that there’s a lot of potential clients inquiring about the packages and fees. Then I wonder about the percentage of these people who are really successful at losing the fats they intend to shed off. If only they can be disciplined enough, they can change their lifestyle and correct it for the better. But I also have observed that older people can’t do this anymore.

ME TOO! We should just also be careful at handling the amount of food we take versus the energy we use. Starving and not eating enough is bad as well as overtiring ourselves.

Like you, I also think that nothing beats exercise to lose weight. However, people can still lose weight with diet alone, but I don’t think that they would love their body if they have sagging skins.

Correct, especially when they grow older and when skin becomes like draping curtains. Somehow, we can stay with brisk walking, mild jogging and any other simple exercises to build a fit body.

Agree. In any case, natural therapies are less expensive, more effective, and much safer. The best and most effective weight loss treatment without any surgery. 😀

Exercise and healthy lifestyle is still the cheapest and most effective way to be slim.. I think their price is too high though for their services.. there are famous clinics out there that offers them at a much lower price.. 🙂

True. Yet being thin and being healthy are not at all the same thing. So we should always be reminded not to compromise on eating less and at the same time exercising more for optimal health.

Yeah, you can enroll yourself in a fun run at the start of the year. It’s well designed for enjoyment and you can even have real fun with your family and friends. Way to go!

Haha what’s with “Marie France Bodyline?” I think it attracts women so much — not only the name but also the design of its interiors. Every branch may not have exact structures and design but all follow a distinct pattern you can relate with beauty.

I went to Marie France because of my post natal fats. It becomes harder to lose that excess weight! It is an investment but I must say, it has helped me. They actually did a BFI test on me to measure my fats in specific areas and I tried asking them the same questions – how sure are you that the machines are accurate and they have the proof 😛 because it works like the ultrasound scan, similar to the scan used to see babies in the womb! Since my treatment 2 months ago, I’ve lost about 6kgs and 3 inches! That is the hardest!!! the inches! Sigh… but it’s going down. I’ve read all the other posts and yes, the natural way is the best but when you have a “team” to encourage you and work with you, it becomes a bit easier 🙂
Well, hope my 2 cents worth helps!

Thanks for your sharing, Dear. And I congratulate you for having great results from the MF services. 🙂

My mom now is working on her own diet/fitness program and in a week, she has lost 5 lbs already (natural way).

Wow! I salute your mum. Must be really discipline and strong to keep it up. Gambatte!
Before the post-natal fats, it was still easy to maintain the weight but after my baby, it is super hard. Keep us updated on your mum’s progress. It will help encourage everyone.

Hi I just saw your blog.
I nearly signed up for Marie France programme which initially cost 40k then promotion to 18k but I do agree with you this is short term if there is no exercise and diet.
I’m not doubting them but I hope I can use the money for things that are more meaningful.
